Greetings Oddmall Vendors,

David here. I'm about to plop down some important gab about all sorts of Oddmall vendor related things. Here's a bullet list of salient points in case you lack the inclination to read the whole thing:

Vendor Setup: Friday, May 31 - 5pm-8pm, and or Saturday June 1 8am-10am

Show Hours: Saturday, June 1 - 10 am to 6 pm, Sunday June 2 - 11 am to 5 pm. (Doors for Vendors will open at 9:30 on Sunday)

Where: Evergreen State Fairgrounds - Building 400 (Commercial Building)

Vendor Setup Information

Vendor setup will begin at 5pm on Friday. We'll have 3 hours on Friday (5pm until 8pm) for vendors to move in and work on their awesome booth displays. We'll also have two hours on Saturday (8am-10am) for the same. You can return Sunday morning at 9:30 to refresh your booths for Sunday.

Friday : 5:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday : 8:00am-10:00am (The show starts at 10:00, so please be ready to go by then).

Sunday : 9:30am-11am

Oddmall ends at 5:00pm on Sunday . PLEASE DO NOT CLOSE DOWN EARLY.

Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Oddmall, the Evergreen Fairgrounds, and their partners are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Refunds and Cancellations:

Booth fees and deposits are nonrefundable for any reason.

They are, however, transferable to the next Oddmall show if you notify David in writing at oddmallseattle@gmail.com no less than 30 days before the show.

Extra's (T-shirts, Tables, Chairs) and hotel rooms are non-refundable at any time.

Hi Jay, The only show we have scheduled for this year is at the Evergreen Fairgrounds in Monroe November 10,11. We have 8 or 9 spots remaining. We would love to have you join us.
