JAY
Our schedule just opened up! Is it too late to sign up for Readerfest ...?
Karen

Jay
Great! Can I get the space?
Karen
we have a table and canopy outside or a table inside
Jay
We'd prefer inside!
Karen
I figured you were going to some SCA thing...everyone else I know is..
okay I will put you down...what PIc and bio should we put on our website? it takes a couple days to add folks..our website person is on a different time zone
just pull from your website?
Jay
What is the sign-up process? Yes, consider us confirmed for both days -inside and send us all details. Do you have examples of what the other authors are using as Bio?
Karen
we are only a one day thing...Saturday Sept 9 from 11 AM to 6 PM, but the vendor set up is from 10-11 AM and tear down is from 6 PM-7 PM.
we have a Vendor page on the website...www.Readerfest.com
you can see the sample pics and bios if you scroll down
it's not our permanent website but is what we are using for now on short notice for this first event
Jay
That works for us. I'll send you a bio soon.
You can use the photo from my website: http://jaypalmerbooks.com/MeetAuthor.html
Karen
If I forget, which I might because I have a cold...I am giving you table #10 in the Garden Room at the Brig at Magnuson Park...with the other booksellers...there will be a couple outside and some other vendors and music out there, but most of the booksellers are in that one room.
Jay
Sounds perfect.
Karen
