Hello and congratulations! This message is to inform you that your application for the 2021 Summer Con Again show has been ACCEPTED as a vendor..

Next, you will receive an invoice for the booth that you have selected. Once the invoice is paid, we will move your application from ACCEPTED to COMPLETE..

As an early approved vendor, we will communicate general information in a specific Facebook Group with Vendors. As we get closer to March and April, we will begin to communicate via email. At that point, you can expect more communication.

We like to use this Group to communicate intermittently without using email and to provide a forum to communicate info and for vendors to ask questions. Multiple people from the same vendor don't all need to be in this group. Vendor posts and Admin posts are only added periodically and as needed in order to prevent reader apathy..

Load in and Show Hours.

Load-in will be Friday, August 6th, and the early morning of Saturday, August 7th. Load-out will be the evening of Sunday, August 8th. There will be one more email a few days before the show that will answer more questions and provide final details..

The show hours will be 9:30 am to 6 pm on Saturday and 9:30 am - 5 pm on Sunday. We will confirm as we get closer. Security will always be provided in the facility and along the perimeter of the Showplex 24/7. The Fair is equipped with plenty of video surveillance also..

Vendors will need to have their setup complete and restocking by 9:00 am on Saturday and be ready to sell no later than 9:15 a.m. VIP will have access to the show, displays, and features between 9:30 am and 10 am before the doors open to the public..

Booth Assignments will happen in a few weeks and will be posted in the Facebook Group and on the website..

Steve James All booths have an 8' pipe and drape structure.

Brian Pierce A good 98% of spaces have a backdrop with ample room for hanging your banner. And lef me tell ya, from personal experience, if there IS a problem with your spot the crew will be there and come up with multiple alternate solutions to your issue

We have temporarily paused the acceptance of new applications as we finalize our floorplan at the moment. Demand for booth space has exceeded our original expectations and we are in the process of ensuring everyone has a place.

At this time, I do expect that there will be space for your booth needs, but I am going to leave this application PENDING for a few more days. Sorry for the delay, and I expect a decision before next Monday (3/25).
