Thank you so much for exhibiting at Emerald City Comic Con 2026. We are kicking off renewals for Emerald City Comic Con 2027, so if you're receiving this email, your renewal has been received and noted by our team!

The renewal process will take several weeks with renewals aiming to be wrapped up by May 30th 2026.

You will receive one of the following emails:

Emerald City Comic Con 2027 - Accepted Exhibitor

Emerald City Comic Con 2027 - Waitlisted Exhibitor

Emerald City Comic Con 2027 - Denied Exhibitor

ACCEPTED for 2026, but ...

You will have two weeks to sign and accept your booth space. A 30% deposit will be required immediately upon receiving your invoice. If this is not received in a timely manner, your space is subject to cancellation. If you have not received a contract via adobe sign by May 16th 2025 please reach out to your sales representative. If you do not sign your contract by May 30th your renewal will be forfeited.

How are you? Hope all is well!

Jeany forwarded on your email to me regarding ECCC 2025. I know that you said you applied back in August but we do not have an application for you; not sure what happened but I do apologize for any inconvenience.

This close to the show, we have very little space left; we have the below booths available on the exhibitor floor. They are 10x10 retail inline booths and the cost is $1300. We don’t have any booths currently available on the level 2 publisher floor; we have one booth that is currently in discussion and may open but I do not guarantee that. That booth cost would be $1600.

Take a look at the available booths below and let me know if any of them interest you and what color they are; booths are first come, first served and dwindling quickly so please let me know ASAP. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks!
