Hello! As far as I know, JayPalmerBooks (that's me!) has not gotten an invoice from Norwescon!

Subject: Invoice Issues

Hello everyone,

It has been brought to my attention that folks are having issues paying their invoices. I am working with the business department to get this solved. It also looks like at least some of the invoices were issued with an incorrect due date. Your payments are due within 30 days of the invoice date so we have at least a couple of weeks until anyone needs to worry.

If you have tried to pay via the link on the invoice but have been unsuccessful please let me know. If you can include a screenshot of any error messages you receive that would be great.

In the meantime I will follow up with the business department and let you know what they say.
