Important information about next steps required to complete your application and finalize your participation follows, so read on carefully!

Attached are the Vendor Guidelines and Code of Conduct. Please sign and upload all paperwork at once along with all other required paperwork, by June 1st, here: https://forms.gle/7kx6P7ctZ6hAwoqt5

The following are required to complete your application and finalize your participation:

• Business license or 501c3 certificate for nonprofits

• Proof of Liability Insurance

• Certificate of Additional Insured naming the Vashon Chamber of Commerce

• Signed Code of Conduct

• If a food vendor, requisite Health Department permits

• Payment in full

So sorry, but we actually won’t have any booths present this year. If you are interested in partnering with a business to possibly set up a table inside their location I would recommend reaching out to the book store, the Country Store, or the library directly.
