I have a question about booth insurance:

I write exciting books, but I've never had a paperback jump up and attack anyone, and books don't have a big mark-up, so this seems to be an unneeded expense. For every year since I started vendoring at the Strawberry Festival, they have waived my insurance requirement, allowing me to be under the umbrella insurance of the event.

Would it be possible for me to waive the insurance requirement again?

If so, on your online form, I will leave that section blank.

● ALL set up / load-in of booths along Vashon Highway will start and be completed on Friday, July 18th. Load-in window and break down windows to be communicated prior to the event. No entry or exit outside of designated times.

● There is no opportunity for vehicle load-out on Saturday night. Vehicle access for load out on Sunday, July 20st.

● After load-in, street parking outside of the road closure area is available.

HOURS OF OPERATION

Vendor agrees to operate and adequately staff their assigned space from:

● 10:00 AM to 6PM on Saturday, July 19th

● 10:00 AM to 5 PM on Sunday, July 20th
